Creating An Ultimate Team of Leaders

Creating An Ultimate Team of Leaders.

Isn’t this what every business hopes to succeed in doing? With a group of motivated individuals pushed by the same hunger to prosper, any viable business has the ability to thrive. This is what our RCCv1 Team is working to create on a global standpoint.

Since our RCCv1 team has lifted off the ground, we have had the opportunity to build a team that spans from the Western hemisphere to the East. Now I know that we have remarked upon this before as our team has built over the past couple months, yet never have I been able to witness the remarkable growth as I have here in Ghana, Africa.

Change of Perspective

CheetahThey have a saying here in Ghana that goes as such; “The animal chasing you determines your speed.” The first time I heard this I didn’t quite realize the true meaning behind it. I found out that was because I happened to have a happy house cat trailing behind me. Yet each time I heard this being said at our meetings and presentations, I saw the effect that it had on people. I knew that I was no longer surrounded by men and women who were content in simply living the life laid out before them. They had the hunger to succeed, the need to build a future for themselves and their families; and if I have learned anything from my time in Ghana, is that family is everything. From that I saw that we were creating more than a team, we were building a multinational family of businessmen and church leaders, bankers and housewives.

Break Away

LeadersTake a look at yourself. Do you have the hunger to succeed? Now look at the people around you, I know that not everyone will experience the same passion that you may feel inside. Even myself, I have struggled against those bringing me down. Les Brown said; “If you surround yourself with nine broke people, you’ll just as soon become the tenth.” We buy the opinions of those who we hang around. I knew that I wasn’t going to become the tenth, and you don’t have to let that happen to you. After being in Ghana for little under three weeks I have seen the rate of growth, producing not just those who want to follow, but those who are ready to lead.

Already we have an amazing team of individuals on the ground in multiple countries, and I hope that you will join us as we create the next elite team of net workers.

Lauren, you have seen it for yourself! The people in Africa are motivated like no others! It is a blessing to be here with them.
